Making a Video Call

Our preference for having sessions with our registrants is to use Zoom video conferences. Zoom can be downloaded to any computer by going to your internet browser and searching the term Zoom or typing in https://zoom.us
If you do not have a Zoom account, you can open one and have a free version of Zoom that will allow you to receive and make calls, or you can get a more comprehensive version for a small monthly fee of about $13 in the U.S.A. For most people, the free version is often sufficient. All of our calls are made from the Virtual Center that uses Zoom Pro which is a very secure system. When you make an appointment with the Virtual Center, you will receive a meeting number code and a password that will allow you to join the meeting. If you ever have questions about video calls, you can call the Center.
If you want to use the telephone instead of a video conference, this can be done with Zoom which has a telephone feature, including from countries outside of the U.S., that will allow you to call from to a toll free or local telephone number. If you are in the U.S., we will initiate the call so there is no charge to you.
